What we delivered: Developed a national climate investment plan and financing pathways for NbS and climate-resilient sectors; convened government, donors, and development banks.
Proof points: Identified a USD 11.7B pipeline of climate-resilient projects in forestry, agriculture, and water.

Climate-Sensitive Social Protection & Global Gateway Study (Bangladesh)

What we delivered: Analytical study identifying entry points to mainstream climate-sensitive social protection in Bangladesh and to integrate social protection within the EU Global Gateway climate priority—linking social protection, DRM, climate adaptation, and the green transition, with an accompanying financial sustainability analysis.
Proof points: Foresight leading the financing options workstream—mapping domestic climate finance and international climate funds; assessing EFSD+ guarantees and other blended-finance structures; and identifying credible pathways to crowd in private capital for climate-sensitive social protection.

Pathways to Implementing National Roadmap & Global Tools for Nature-based Solutions (NbS) – Bangladesh

Period: Oct 2025–Mar 2026
What we delivered: Designed and facilitated high-level roundtables to mobilize public–private finance for a pipeline of 35 climate-resilient infrastructure/NbS projects, explicitly linking resilience investments to agri-food value chain security. Applied GCA–Oxford Global Tools to quantify climate risk and the protective value of NbS; structured blended-finance and PPP/MPPA pathways; and mapped prospective MDB/DFI/private partners and de-risking instruments.
Proof points: Delivered an Integrated Analysis Report, knowledge toolkit, thematic investment briefs, and a master pitch deck—consolidating evidence, project logic, and financing structures into actionable financing pathways and policy recommendations to accelerate implementation.

Carbon Finance and JCM Readiness (Solar Irrigation)

Period: 2017–2021
What we delivered: Developed JCM for solar irrigation and prepared CDM proposal to meet grant requirements via carbon credits; supported carbon-market readiness.
