Climate Action for Transformation in Bangladesh (ClimAct)

What we delivered: Designed/operationalized climate-finance instruments and convened government–private sector dialogues to catalyze investment aligned with NAP and NDC priorities.
Proof points: Formulated pathways to mobilize USD 650M private investment; instruments include resilience bonds, disaster insurance, and carbon-market readiness.

Host and Impacted Community Resilience Activity (HICRA)

Client / Budget: Government of Bangladesh; NGOs; USAID (USD 70M)
Period: 2023–2025
What we delivered: Large-scale climate resilience programming linking NbS, livelihoods, and disaster risk reduction through multi-partner coordination.
Proof points: Designed the project to target 114,000+ households (~500,000 people) and 35,000+ ha NbS; supports 24,000+ ultra-poor and DRR across 400+ upazilas.

Climate-Resilient Ecosystems and Livelihoods (CREL)

Client / Budget: USAID | Winrock International–led consortium (CNRS, CODEC, BCAS, NACOM, Tetra Tech, WorldFish) — approx. USD 36.5M
Period: 2012–2018
What we delivered: Six-year national program scaling co-management of forests and wetlands to strengthen biodiversity conservation and climate resilience—combining protected-area governance support with climate-resilient livelihoods and market linkages.
Proof points: Established/strengthened 45 community management organizations across 29 protected areas; embedded PCVA and ecosystem-based adaptation tools in local planning, helping reduce pressure on natural resources and improve household resilience.

Green Jobs for Just Transitions in Bangladesh (Assessment)

Period: Feb–Apr 2025
What we delivered: Market-systems assessment to identify and prioritize green-job opportunities and transition levers across priority sectors, with structured KII planning and instrument design.
Proof points: Strengthened practicality and scalability of interim findings; ensured robust GESI alignment; provided expert inputs through workshops and dissemination to support policy integration and multi-stakeholder collaboration for a just transition.
